Developed a custom made database-driven website, including an in-house application for a Mississauga based human resources outsourcing firm. Web component allowed job applicants to submit their personal and work-related information online, through Probank’s website. Data collected on the website is viewed through the custom made application which is located at Probank’s head office. Applicants can be screened, sorted and contacted for placement in positions matching employer criteria.
